    Chef Ryan Baldwin joined us September 19th. Ryan has over 25 years of culinary experience in a diverse background of establishments including hotels, casinos, resorts, restaurants, and full service catering. Ryan is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone in addition to a BA in Hospitality Management at the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. Most recently, Ryan was Executive Chef and General Manager of Rebecca's Cafe. In addition, he has been the Sous Chef at Augusta National the past two years managing the Rolex and IBM Tents, developing and executing their culinary programs for their exclusive clients. Ryan also spent eight years at Sebastian's Catering, a full service corporate dining facility previously owned by Fidelity Investments. Ryan takes pride in delighting members and guests with outstanding meals prepared to the highest standards. Whether it's a small intimate dinner or a 250 person elegant affair, he is well versed in preparing a variety of cuisines using the freshest ingredients and meeting all special dietary needs and requests. Ryan lives in South Boston and enjoys traveling, golf, cooking and the outdoors. Please welcome Ryan to the Wellesley CC Family; he looks forward to meeting you all around the Club.
