Please join us in welcoming our new Assistant General Manager, Nick Constantinou, to the WCC Team. Nick comes to us from his most recent position as Assistant GM at Plandome Country Club, a prestigious and active family-oriented club located on Long Island's "Gold Coast." Nick began his private club career following nearly two decades in the restaurant and luxury hotel business. After getting his start at Great Bay Restaurant (Boston) with Christopher Myers and Michael Schlow, he spent eight years with the Four Seasons Hotel Brand (Boston, Philadelphia, New York). He then served as the Director of F&B at the acclaimed Hotel Plaza Athenee (Manhattan) where he was mentored by NYC hotel legend, David I. Cohen. Throughout his career, Nick has undertaken many other key aspects of hotel and club operations, including finance & budgeting, human resources, sales & marketing, strategic planning, physical plant maintenance and renovations. Nick is looking forward to developing a strong and supportive workplace culture that permeates all aspects of our Club. He values community, people and relationships, all while ensuring the successful management of growth and operations. Nick will join the team on Tuesday, August 23rd and is excited to help continue making the member and guest experience at WCC the very best!
